 Orchid Potting Media

Better-Gro® products are formulated to help both the orchid novices and hobbyists be successful with their orchids. Our orchid potting mixes are specially formulated to provide your orchids the drainage these air plants require. Better-Gro® mixes are porous and allow air flow/ventilation to reach the roots as it does with orchid roots in nature. Remember, wild orchids live in trees, on rock ledges, cliffs and other areas above the ground.

The primary purpose of roots is to anchor an orchid and provide water and nutrients to the orchid. Better-Gro® orchid potting media is blended from the finest ingredients to keep your orchids happy and healthy. Now available in four different blends, each mix is tailored to meet the individual needs of today’s most popular orchid varieties. Each blend is endorsed by the American Orchid Society.  Learn more about Better-Gro® orchid potting media below.
