Robert Palmer
Head Grower for Better-Gro®
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1956, Robert Palmer grew up in a household of plant lovers. His father was an Ophthalmologist who grew bonsai, and his mother was a housewife who grew orchids.
Relocating to Florida with his family in 1957, Palmer would later be introduced to A.P. Hollingsworth, Founder of Sun Bulb Company, who hired and nourished Palmer's interest in orchids. The beginning of a life-long connection to the Sun Bulb Company would later flourish into a passion and career for Palmer.
