Orchid Grower
This position is responsible for the management of crop growing operations for the greenhouse facility in Arcadia, FL. This person is also responsible for the proper care of the greenhouse under the direction of the Head Grow Manager, including the principles and practices of plant cultivation and protection. In this role, the Orchid Grower will help plan, organize, direct, control and/or coordinate activities of workers engaged in planting, cultivating and harvesting orchids.

Delivery Driver / Route Merchandiser
The delivery driver / route merchandiser delivers plants and boxed goods to garden centers and big boxed stores in the state of Florida. Bilingual candidates preferred but not necessary. This is a non CDL position.
