Better-Gro® Hydro Pebbles Survey Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. ALL ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility. Open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry except employees, agents and immediate family members of employees or agents (defined as spouses, children, parents, siblings and in-laws as well as persons living in the same household) of Better-Gro®/Sunbulb Company Inc. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
2. Entry Period. Submit your survey responses between March 18, 2025 and March 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Three Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among eligible survey entries during the Entry Period.
3. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, survey responses may be submitted online by visiting the Better-Gro® website at www.Better-Gro.com/PebbleSurvey. Entrants will be asked to provide his or her email address after completing the Pebbles Survey. Survey respondents will receive one (1) entry into this random prize drawing.
Multiple responses from the same person are not permitted. Any attempt by enter the drawing more than one time will void that survey respondent’s entry. Entries that have been generated by a script or by an automated method will be deemed void.
4. Determination of Winners. A Better-Gro® team member will randomly choose three (3) Winners from all of the survey responses received. The winners will be contacted by email on or before April 4, 2025. If the winner does not respond by email by April 11, 2025, their prize will be deemed as forfeited and will not be awarded.
This prize cannot be transferred to another individual, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money or other consideration.
After receiving the prize, Better-Gro®/Sun Bulb Company shall have no further obligation to that potential winner.
5. Prize.
6. Taxes. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued to each winner for the value of the prize received.
7. Release. By entering, each survey respondent agrees to discharge, release and hold harmless Better-Gro®/Sun Bulb Company and each their officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising out of participation in the survey or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of a prize shall constitute the winner’s agreement and understanding that Better-Gro®/Sun Bulb Company has not made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable, for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative of any prize.
8. General Terms. Better-Gro®/Sun Bulb Company reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Hydro Pebbles Survey, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Better-Gro®/Sunbulb’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper function of the survey.
